They've a gripped sole which is a plus, are made of (sturdier than suede) leather and they're completley lined with faux lambswool. However, I'm not sure how flattering these are on my legs? I think I'll mostly wear them with skirts and dresses but I just think being so flat and with such a rounded toe they look a bit clumpy. I know that they were bought for practicality not beauty but still...they hurt my heels a little bit too..any tips on how to soften the heels of boots?
*Update* Having worn them for a walk in the park, I loved that I didn't mind getting them muddy...now if I can get them to be a bit more comfortable, I'm pretty happy for them to be my (most) practical shoe. You can also roll up the furry cuff I'm wearing here to just have plain mid calf leather boots.

| Not sure how much of a dog person I am...but my boyfriend's mum's wire fox terrier, Maisie does look very photogenic non? |
Hope you're all having a lovely weekend...and thanks to blogger TeresaBelle for helping me through my panic when I lost my blog template the other day. Hoping to update my layout next week to bring a bit more colour back, but hope you like the new preliminary header!
